To be able to use the E-Lib Mobile App on your Android Phone, you need to first enable downloads from ‘Unknown Sources’ which can be facilitated through the mobile’s Application Settings. Then download the E-Lib App to your mobile phone from the link below. After the download is complete, locate the E-lib.apk and install it manually.
